In 2014, the Federal Skilled Worker program has an overall application cap of 25,000 applications. Every eligible occupation also has an imposed cap of 1,000 applications per NOC.
The Government of Canada created a regularly updated list for details on whether or not both the overall program cap and the individual occuption caps have been reached that can be found here.
All of the following eligible occupations are subject to the sub-caps of 1,000 applications per NOC:

10. NOC 0811 Managers in natural resources production and fishing
11. NOC 0911 Manufacturing managers
12. NOC 1111 Financial auditors and accountants
13. NOC 1112 Financial and investment analysts
14. NOC 1113 Securities agents, investment dealers and brokers
15. NOC 1114 Other financial officers
16. NOC 1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations
17. NOC 1212 Supervisors, finance and insurance office workers
18. NOC 1224 Property administrators
19. NOC 2113 Geoscientists and oceanographers
20. NOC 2131 Civil engineers
21. NOC 2132 Mechanical engineers
