Skilled Worker Programs Comparison

People always ask us what the difference is between the Federal Skilled Worker Program and the Quebec Skilled Worker program and our answer is: they are completely different programs. For the first time you can look at both programs side by side and see which suits your qualifications. Both programs will lead to Canadian permanent residency. While the Quebec Skilled Worker program will usually require the applicant to learn some French, it also offers bonus points for having education/work experience in certain areas of training.

For more detailed information about the application caps imposed on each program, see the Federal Skilled Worker Program and the Quebec Skilled Worker Program webpages.
